Through different projects, Federico Samper, founder and director of BIOCOMERCIO, cooperates closely with local farmers, advising them on varieties and organic farming methods etc., in order to increase local organic production, by achieving mono-varietal plantations of high quality and yield.
Why our products are ecological?
- Respect the natural ecosystem created by bee pollination and have self-fertile and late-flowering varieties.
- Use late-flowering varieties that are much better adapted to the Mediterranean climate and so on until reaching the optimum ripening point of each variety to obtain a fruit of the best quality.
- Care for and treat the soil with organic products only.
